Location: 12407 80th St. South, Hastings, MN
(Look for the "True North Ranch" sign at the end of the driveway)
Speed Limit: Please follow all posted speed signs for the safety of our animals.
PARKING & UNLOADING
Standard Vendor Parking: Please park only in the grass parking lot located near the end of the driveway.
Catering Parking: Catering teams may proceed past the grass lot to the Clubhouse area. After unloading, catering vehicles must be moved to the designated catering-only parking spots.
Check-In: On arrival, please check in with the Venue Manager before beginning setup.
VENUE ACCESS & BOUNDARIES
Timeline: Your assigned event hours include all setup and cleanup for both your team and any subcontractors you utilize. Please plan accordingly.
Permitted Areas: Your reservation includes the white open-air pavilion and the Clubhouse/food service area, connected by the sidewalk.
Property Limits: Guests and vendors are welcome within the grass parking lot and the roped-off area of the pavilion. Access to any other areas of the property or ranch is strictly prohibited.
Storage: There is no on-site storage for vendor equipment or boxes. Please use your vehicle for storage.
CATERING REQUIREMENTS
Equipment: No catering kitchen, stovetop, oven, refrigeration, ice, or ice chests are provided. There is no dedicated catering sink on-site.
Food Prep: All food must arrive pre-prepped and ready for service. Caterers are responsible for all heating and storage equipment.
Supplies: The caterer is responsible for providing all necessary service items, including:
Plates, bowls, glassware, and flatware.
Serving utensils, water pitchers, and chaffing dishes (including sterno fuel).
Cleanup & Bussing: The catering team is responsible for setting up, bussing all tables, and ensuring tables are free of their items no less than 20 minutes prior to the event's end time.
CLEANUP & TRASH
Load-Out: All items brought onto the property must be removed at the end of the event time period. North Collective is not responsible for any items left behind by vendors.
Waste Management: All trash produced by the catering team must be tied and placed in the on-site dumpster or hauled off the property.
Access & Rules
Availability: The Venue Manager is available on-site for the duration of the event to answer questions.
Arrival: Vendor access start times vary by event; please confirm the specific timeline with the client.
Atmosphere: North Collective is an outdoor venue at a working horse ranch. Please wear comfortable shoes and attire.
Gates Close: All vendors and equipment must be off-property by the designated closing time to avoid late departure fees.
Property & Safety
Restrooms: restrooms are available for vendor use off the side of the clubhouse.
Lawn Care: Vehicles must remain in permitted areas (grass parking lot).
Designated Areas: Please stay within the designated event areas.
Liability: North Collective assumes no responsibility for damage to or loss of vendor property. Vendors are liable for any damage they cause to the venue property.
